At Dart & Fly, our Ember Flow canvas prints are produced on demand using our original artwork designs.

We are committed to delivering artwork that meets the quality and product specifications described in our store.

Product Quality and Defects

If your canvas artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend reporting any issues within 30 days of delivery so that we can promptly investigate them with our print provider.

This recommended timeframe does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a replacement or refund.

We do not provide a separate voluntary one-year commercial warranty for our canvas prints.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory warranties, remedies, or consumer rights.

Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, misuse, or unsuitable storage conditions is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

We recommend protecting canvas artwork from excessive moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and physical damage.

All mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
