At Dart & Fly, our Ember Flow canvas artworks are printed on demand from our original art designs.

We want every customer to receive their artwork in excellent condition.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

All statutory cancellation and return rights remain fully respected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Because our artworks are produced on demand, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Once production has started, voluntary changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
